  3. How to book a consignment?
  4. Kindly locate and visit the nearest franchisee or fill this form. Remember to take a shipper copy after booking the consignment.

  5. What are your delivery timings?
  6. Our delivery timings are 10am to 7pm.

  7. What is ePOD?
  8. ePOD stands for electronic proof of delivery. It helps streamline the documentation of your deliveries, eliminating paperwork and capturing digital signatures, and photos that will guarantee delivery (offering proof of delivery).

  9. How is ETA calculated?
  10. ETA stands for estimated time for arrival. ETA is calculated based on a) Time to load orders in a trip and b) Travel time to reach the customer’s location.

  11. Can I place a booking with multi-point pick-up and drop?
  12. You can definitely do so. However, extra costs for the extra point of delivery or pick-up will be levied accordingly. Our team will provide you with the additional cost incurred at the time of booking.

  13. What are the additional charges or waiting charges ?
  14. If the truck has reached client location and there is delay in loading per day waiting charges range from 1000 to 5000 depending on vehicle type , if the vehicle is not loaded and returned empty customer is liable to pay driver fuel charges and waiting charges.

  15. What are the GST charges on Fare amount ?
  16. GST is Payable on Reverse Charge Mechanism: GST 5%

    Note: How will I come to know which vehicle will be coming to my place? The vehicle details will be sent to you on your registered mobile number and email id.
